Vintage 80s The Rich Shop black silk short-sleeved blouse with silver/purple/green/turquoise blue sequins and silver/black beading. Has shoulder pads that can be snipped out, keyhole hook closure in back and scalloped hems.
Shell is 100% silk. Lining is 100% rayon.
Vintage size M and seems true to size. See measurements for fit. Pictured on size 2/4 mannequin unpinned.

Has a few beads missing to back right shoulder (see last 2 pics), but sequins and bead otherwise appear intact. Overall in great vintage condition without any other notable flaws.
